Our Commitment to Accessibility

Active Conformance Target: WCAG 2.1 Level AA

D&P Kafvav LLC, a -registered limited liability company, believes that every person deserves equal access to information and digital services, regardless of ability or disability. We are committed to making our website accessible, usable, and inclusive for the widest possible audience.

We view digital accessibility not as a compliance checkbox but as a fundamental aspect of respectful, professional communication with all stakeholders — potential investors, property sellers, tenants, partners, and members of the public. Our ongoing efforts to improve accessibility are guided by best practices established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and by the legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

We are committed to maintaining and continuously improving the accessibility of this website in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we welcome all feedback that helps us identify and address accessibility barriers.

Section 02

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A (minimum), Level AA (standard), and Level AAA (enhanced).

D&P Kafvav LLC's website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve full conformance and address any identified gaps on an ongoing basis.

Our goal is full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all pages and digital properties operated by D&P Kafvav LLC.

Section 03

Technical Specifications & Standards

Our accessibility approach relies on the following technologies and standards for the rendering and operation of our website:

  • HTML5 — semantic, structured markup that conveys meaning and relationships;
  • CSS3 — for visual presentation that does not convey meaning independently of the underlying HTML;
  • JavaScript — for interactive functionality, with progressive enhancement to ensure core content is accessible without JavaScript where feasible;
  • WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) — for enhanced accessibility of dynamic and interactive content;
  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) — for accessible icons and illustrations with appropriate title and description attributes.

The website is designed to be compatible with the following combinations of assistive technologies and browsers:

  • NVDA screen reader with Firefox on Windows;
  • JAWS screen reader with Chrome or Edge on Windows;
  • VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS;
  • TalkBack with Chrome on Android;
  • Keyboard-only navigation using Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, and Arrow keys across all major browsers.
Section 04

Accessibility Measures Implemented

D&P Kafvav LLC has taken the following concrete measures to ensure the accessibility of this website:

Perceivable
All non-text content has text alternatives. Color is never used as the sole means of conveying information. Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content.
Operable
All interactive elements are keyboard-accessible. Visible focus indicators are present. No content flashes more than three times per second.
Understandable
Language is declared in the HTML element. Form inputs have clear, associated labels. Error messages are descriptive and provide guidance for correction.
Robust
HTML is valid and well-formed. ARIA roles and properties are used correctly. Content is compatible with current and future assistive technologies.

Additional specific measures include:

  • A "Skip to main content" link is provided at the top of every page, enabling keyboard and screen reader users to bypass the navigation and jump directly to the primary content area;
  • All heading elements (H1–H6) are used in a logical, hierarchical order to provide clear document structure;
  • All form fields are associated with their labels using the for/id attribute pairing or ARIA labeling techniques;
  • Required form fields are identified using both visual indicators and the aria-required attribute;
  • Error messages are programmatically associated with the relevant form fields using aria-describedby;
  • All interactive components, including modals, navigation menus, and buttons, include appropriate ARIA roles and properties;
  • Modal dialogs trap focus appropriately and are dismissible using the Escape key;
  • Color contrast ratios for all text and interactive elements meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text;
  • The website layout responds to all screen sizes and orientations without loss of content or functionality;
  • Content remains accessible and readable when zoomed to 400% using browser zoom functionality;
  • All decorative images use empty alt attributes (alt="") to prevent them from being announced by screen readers;
  • All meaningful images include descriptive alt text that conveys the purpose and content of the image;
  • All animated content can be paused, stopped, or hidden by the user.
Section 05

Supported Technologies & Environment

Our website is designed to function correctly with the following user agents and configurations. We cannot guarantee full compatibility with all possible combinations of browser, operating system, and assistive technology, but we strive to support the most widely used configurations.

The website has been tested and is expected to work with:

  • Modern web browsers including Google Chrome (version 110+), Mozilla Firefox (version 110+), Apple Safari (version 15+), and Microsoft Edge (version 110+);
  • Mobile browsers on iOS (Safari) and Android (Chrome);
  • Standard zoom levels from 100% up to 400%;
  • Operating system high contrast modes on Windows and macOS;
  • Reduced motion settings honored via the prefers-reduced-motion CSS media query.
Section 06

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of this website, there may be some limitations. We are actively working to address them. Please contact us if you encounter a problem that is not listed below.

Known accessibility limitations include:

  • Some embedded third-party content (such as map embeds or external link previews) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are monitoring these components and working with providers to improve accessibility;
  • Certain complex CSS animations may not fully respond to the prefers-reduced-motion setting in all browsers. We are reviewing and updating these components;
  • PDF documents linked from the site (if any) may not be fully tagged for accessibility. We are working to ensure all linked documents meet accessibility standards.
Section 07

We are also committed to compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794d, to the extent it is applicable to our digital properties, and with any applicable state laws governing accessibility of digital services.
